The State Concern «Ukrmorport» is not a merger. This is a hard object. He organized not in a collegial, and direct management. Dockers have understood that. Marine transport workers' trade union of Ukraine(MTWTU) reacted to read. February 23, 2007 delegates labour collectives of five ports : Izmail, Mykolaev, Kerch, Kherson and Berdyansk established Blacksea-Azov regional organizations of docker union MTWTU . The aim of such a merger. The State Concern established by the Cabinet of Ministers. And industrial agreement negotiated between Ministry of transport and Marine transport workers' trade union of Ukraine. Therefore, in order to develop a unified company with a social policy dockers decided to build their union. What was done in the Day of the Soviet Army and Navy. However, the head of Cabinet Ministry marine capital came leaders of many ministries, including the Minister of Transport and Communications Nikolai RUDKOVSKY, economy-Vladimir MAKUHA, Labour and Social Policy, Mikhail PAPIEV, MIA-Vasily TSUSHKO, health-Yuri POLIACHENKO and others. In Odessa a press conference hosted by the Maritime transport workers’ trade union of Ukraine(MTWTU) for journalists from various media outlets. Union president Mikhail Kireev present created at the beginning of 2007 in Odessa first, the only in Ukraine and the second in the world, Coordination Centre Seamen Assistance, (CCSA). The first such centre-“International Seafarers Assistance Network” (ISAN), the International Centre Seamen, began operations several years ago.
