The State Concern «Ukrmorport» is not a merger. This is a hard object. He organized not in a collegial, and direct management.

Dockers have understood that. Marine transport workers' trade union of Ukraine(MTWTU) reacted to read.

February 23, 2007 delegates labour collectives of five ports : Izmail, Mykolaev, Kerch, Kherson and Berdyansk established Blacksea-Azov regional organizations of docker union MTWTU  .

The aim of such a merger. The State Concern established by the Cabinet of Ministers. And industrial agreement negotiated between Ministry of transport and Marine transport workers' trade union of Ukraine. Therefore, in order to develop a unified company with a social policy dockers decided to build their union. What was done in the Day of the Soviet Army and Navy. We are in the process of its enlargement.

March 6 in Odessa on Ukrainian-Rumanian meeting of the working group AD-HOC for navigation on the Danube. Overseas delegation representing 11 people. They include the Adviser to the Department of Maritime Transport, Construction and Tourism John SUCHU (also known as the head of the delegation) Representatives of the Department of International Law and Treaties, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, is the Deputy Director leaving POPA and attachés ZACHARIAH Felix, director of the law department of the Ministry of Administration and Internal Affairs of Romania, Adrian POPESCU and others. This is the second meeting of partners interested in the safety of navigation on the Danube River.

March 2, 2007 in Odessa a one-day working visit visited Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor YANUKOVICH. However, the head of Cabinet Ministry marine capital came leaders of many ministries, including the Minister of Transport and Communications Nikolai RUDKOVSKY, economy-Vladimir MAKUHA, Labour and Social Policy, Mikhail PAPIEV, MIA-Vasily TSUSHKO, health-Yuri POLIACHENKO and others. On this day they held a working meeting. At Odessa land B. Yanukovich met head region Ivan Plachkov, president of Regional Soviet Nikolai Skorik, Mayor Edward Hurwits.
